Creative Custom Hut is a Singaporean company with the Parent company located in Hong Kong. A factory in Fujian Province of China was set up with two made-to-order production lines; the factory was established in 2006 with a factory area of 16,000 square meters, and over 50 staff processing more than 1000 orders each day. All products will then be sent to Hong Kong office for double check and quality control before sending to post office for delivery.
From the time we get our customer's order, the product can be produced, processed and sent to post office within 48 hours. It takes about 6-10 business days for shipment arrival.
We believe that the made-to-order production lines,located in China, reduces labour costs and factory rental fees. Hence, we are able to provide competitive prices,(an average of 30% lower than companies located in the United States and the United Kingdom;There is no difference in production and transit time at all).
Our online customization system, production lines and supporting system have been fully tested in terms of volume, accuracy and security.
In the beginning of 2006, there were only 30 kinds of basic products which can be customized. Because of the great demand of customization services, and with feedbacks and suggestions from our customers,we have added more great new products in the last several months. Today,there are over 200 various kinds of products, including the 'hottest market demanded items', like Black and Dark t-shirts, USB Flash Drives, Wrist Watches, Dog Tags, Wallets, Money Clips, Key Chains, Belt Buckles, Pen Holder Clocks, Business Card Holders,etc. We hope we can reach the target of providing 400 kinds of customized products by 2010.
We aim to provide the most pleasant and safe business environment for our customers. Our servers are located in one of the top data centers in Hong Kong and have 10MB dedicated bandwidth to overseas connections. The bandwidth is under constant upgrade and maintains a service level of an average 50% peak usage. With 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, they are monitored, full-time, by technicians to ensure non-interrupted services to our customers all over the world. We will keep our eyes on the latest technology to make our systems as robust and secure as possible.
